We require 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation, including free consultations.
Getting a treatment appointment
We will ask you to pay a small refundable deposit of £40 when you book with us.
You can pay by cash or card in person, or by card over the phone. We don’t accept cheques.
The value of your deposit is taken off the cost of your treatment.
Changed your mind during your appointment? We will happily refund your deposit within 3 working days.
Want to cancel or rearrange your appointment? As long as you give us 24 hours’ notice, we will refund your deposit on request.
Getting a consultation
Consultations with us are free and no obligation; usually lasting about 20 minutes.
You can book a time to have your treatment at a later date or if you decide to go ahead with treatments you should expect to be at the clinic longer.
Want to make a complaint or give us some feedback?
We welcome feedback as this helps us to constantly improve our services. We also take complaints very seriously and we endeavour to respond within 24 hours; pending an internal investigation and resolve any issues as quickly as we can.

Your little ones
Our clinic is not set up for little ones and clinical rooms are out of bounds for children during treatments for safety reasons;
So if you do not have child care, please bring another responsible adult to care for any child under 12 years of age in the waiting room whilst you are enjoying your treatment.
